Hot Chip Beef Dip

Ingredients:

  • 20 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 4 ounces dried beef, chopped
  • 1 pint sour cream

Directions:

Warm cream cheese in 2 -3 quart CrockPot until soft & squishy. Stir in rest of ingredients. Heat on low or warm until heated through. If it starts to bubble, turn down the heat. (It cooks best on warm, but my pot only has low & high.) You could also pour it all into a small casserole dish and heat in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve with pretzels , crackers, or veggies.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

  9. 1 pint sour cream

  2. Serve with pretzels , crackers or veggies.
