Cheese Fondue

1/4 cup heavy cream

6 ounces cream cheese

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup brandy

dash salt

1 pound cheddarJack cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients except CheddarJack in fondue pot. Heat until it’s barely boiling. Slowly stir in shredded cheese. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
